Bra DOP Cream
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 300 g of Bra DOP cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 2 dl of single cream
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
A sauce based on a typical Northern Italy cheese (Cuneo, Piemonte) ideal to enrich meat and (why not?) fish dishes.
- Put a large pot full of water on moderate heat.
- Put a smaller pot in the water without letting it touch the bottom of the larger pot.
- Cut the Bra in small chunks.
- Put Bra, single cream, butter, chopped parsley, salt and pepper in the smaller pot.
- Stir the ingredients until you have a smooth mix.
- Serve hot.
